Orbri is your AI digital assistant for all things Oracle Cloud. It sits quietly in your browser, on top of your Fusion instance, and constantly provides helpful context (from your own business data or learning assets), speeds up operations, and reduces the friction in raising video support tickets, answering questions, validating entries, and much more. Its AI features enable it to optimize your usage of your ERP smartly, and give you proactive insights based on changing trends, situations, and so much more. It is available as a fully featured Browser Extension, and a light version running directly in Fusion.

It supports:

  • In-context reports through web calls. Includes analysis reports and health check reports. These reports are embedded in the extension and the web app, ensuring you always have a ready reference. Here’s to significantly reduced data entry efforts.

It supports:

  • In-context support with contextual learning, screen-recording and ticket creation capabilities. You can get helpful videos delivered in context on the exact field you need them. You can also raise video Service Tickets which integrate with our SHERPA support portal. Here’s to frictionless system usage, adoption and support.
